Task with Completed Status still showing on My Open Tasks,SOS HELP!!!

Hello SAP Guru's!

Currently we are handling tasks for my customers, when the task is created is showing up at My Open Tasks in Home Work Center, I click on the description and change task status to Completed  and save.

When I go back to my Work Center Home, the task still showing at My Open Task section, so I have the following questions:

1. Is this correct? Does the completed task has to be showing at my open task section after being completed?

2. If not, is there any configuration step that I'm missing to take off a completed task from the My Open Tasks section in Home Work Center?

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sue,

What happen when you log off and relogin? This completed task is still as open task?

Maybe is only a refresh.

Try to study these sap notes:

1365393 - When setting status completed %-Completed should go 100%

1280174 - Due column in 'My Open Task' in calendar cannot be filtered

I found that the issue was on my status profile, corrected and everything is working perfectly.

We had to enhance the component!

There was no standard way to do it!
