Good morning, I would like to ask if it is possible to use an adobe form instead of the regular form as a step in a SAP workflow, and if it is possible then how can it be done, all help is appreciated.
Hi,
I am not sure if this can be done.
But you can design and develop and adobe form and attach it in decision step and then user can open the form and if he seems everything is fine , he can click on approve button of decision step.
whats your requirement???

Yes. This is possible.
SAP has standard framework in HCM space called Processes and Forms.
For detailed documentation refer here:
A point be noted with the latest release you have WDA FPM based form in place of costly Adobe forms.
Hope this helps.
With regards,
Sahir.

Hi,
i think you are working on Process and Forms in HCM module.
in process and forms workflows, the corresponding adobe form is already sent in workitem. we do not need to do anything to put aobe form on work item. SAP has given standard work flow task for process and form workflows.

Ibrahim
