Cannot load view "DNW.........XXX46" (data provider "DP_1" Error )

Hello Experts !!

We are on BI 7.4 and suddenly starting noticing this error...

  "  Cannot load view "DNWES$#...FF$%" (data provider "DP_1" : No service implementation available )  "

It looks like our users' bookmarks are missing..
they are not able to open their saved reports. we are using a BI portal.

I checked few threads here on SCN related. And some of them suggest that if you have
changed multiprovider's technical name after the bookmarks has been created.

I don’t think it make sense for anybody to change the technical name once its implemented..

I have attached an error page...

Did you saved language in OLAP connection?.if you saved try to deselect it.
