Error while time confirming the order.

Dear All,

While Confirming the order through iw41 i am getting Error

System status CRTD is active (ACT XXXXXXXX 0010)

Message no. BS013

How to rectify the error.

Hi Bhanu,

As mentioned by Jogeswara Rao , it might be because of the operation status. Please check the below things

1. Costs at Operation Level is activated for this Order Type and Plant or not?

2. Is there any user status profile has mainatined for the operation 0010?

Hi Bhanu,

Two things here to continue your investigation.

1. The error message you get while trying to confirm operations when the Order is in CRTD is Different

It is something like: Order not yet Released.

2. From the error message you've posted, it is cear that system is hinting at Operation System Status,

   and not of Order.

In fact all operations should get REL status simultaneously when the Order gets the REL status.
