Vendor Master Bank Key and Bank Account formats

Dear Experts,

Where can I find a list of the Bank Key and Bank account formats for all the countries, something like a Global bank directory.  Any help in this matter greatly appreciated.

See SAP Note 31203 - Entry of bank data w/o bank number (bank code). Go to tcode OY17 and check the documentation for the flag 'bank data'
