Leave approval application not opening in POWL

Hi All,

   Leave approval application is not opening in POWL inbox. I have made the customizing settings as specified in below link.

I am using the launchpad MSS - NAV


POWL Application : MANAGER_MSS_INBOX_2

POWL Type : MSS_POWL_LEA_APPROVAL


  I can see the leave work-items in the POWL inbox, but i click on it, it opens nothing.  We are using MSS - Addon 1 with support pack 0000 .


Your help will be really appreciated.

can you paste your configuration?

can you check this application via Se80? does the work item id pass correctly? if it works this implies OBN is not working from portal? please check It and you can do a simple trace and see what parameters are passed

are you using OBN or Launchpad launcher?

This is an example of HTTPtrace, which you could use to trouble shoot, an example and not necessary equal to configuration as above.

Hi Siddharth,

I am using OBN. I checked from SE80 its is not working from there. I can see all the workitems, but when i click on it nothing opens. Below are the configs. Thank a lot for your time.

have you tried using nwbc, ie via PFCG,

if it is not working from Se80, check the role, system alias etc

can you do a trace as I indicated via HTTPwatch professional
