Node Host Metrics with BI4.0

I have a BI4.0 SP7 patch 2 system installed.  I have installed the SAPOSCOL and set up host monitoring in all of our environments below QA and they are all functioning fine.

In our QA environment, there are three nodes.  I have SAPOSCOL installed and running on all three nodes and configured the settings in the CMC just like I did for the lower environments.

When I look at the monitoring metrics, there are only metrics listed for one node.

Is this because there is only one active Monitoring Service and it only collects data for the node that it is running on or am I missing a configuration setting somewhere?

We discovered that there is a bug where Host Metrics are not working in a clustered setup.
