I don't know how to fix it and cannot find any documents that describe this error, also I need please to know what others post-installations actions are required for Sybase.

Sorry but Im new installing SAP on Sybase.

Thanks at lot.

Hello

Issue was fixed I've forgotten some services and parameters related ICM.

a)icm/server_port_0 PROT=HTTP,PORT=8000

b)

  1. /default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui
  2. /default_host/sap/public/bc/ur
  3. /default_host/sap/public/bc/its/mimes

c)Run T-Code SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL  to activate the services

Thank you,

JM

Hi Jaun,

Just after installation when you open the DB02 it will ask the username and password , Did you cancel that and proceed or it does not ask you about the username and password.

Hi Juan

It seems that when you are trying to execute the transaction DB02 - it is opening up a new window ( in internet browser - like IE ) and saying that the page cannot be displayed ...

Please correct me if that is not the issue..

In that case , please maintain the entry of your server host name and IP address  in your hosts file in your local machine and then try again.

Thanks

Hello Juan

Are you able to select the option "Switch to SAPGUI"

Secondly try to maintain the hostname and IP address of the SAP system in the hosts file of the work station or laptop you use to connect to the SAP.

Hi Reagan,

Thank you for your replies, I knew that can use the option "Switch to SAPGUI" to bypass this error. I did it.

1245200 - DBA: ICF Service-Activation for WebDynpro DBA Cockpit doesnt apply to my currently version of SAP_BASIS 740.

Thanks

Hello Juan

I would still check whether the services mentioned in the above note are active or not.

If you read the "Explanation" part in the screenshot you have provided it speaks about an inactive service.

Also check whether there is any information in the latest work process trace file about this error.

Are you still getting the error after maintaining the entry in the hosts file ?

Thanks

Hi,

Why don't you check the below steps.

1. hosts file on your pc and host system.

2. you have to put ICM manager into the profile(/sapmnt/SID/SID_DVEBMGS_hostname)

just copy and past below and restart SAP.

#-----------------------------------------------------------------------
# ICM Manager
#-----------------------------------------------------------------------
icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTP, PORT=500$$, PROCTIMEOUT=300, TIMEOUT=900
icm/server_port_1 = PROT=HTTPS, PORT=443$$, PROCTIMEOUT=300, TIMEOUT=900
icm/server_port_2 = PROT=SMTP, PORT=250$$, PROCTIMEOUT=300, TIMEOUT=900
icm/host_name_full = hostURL in your hosts file(for example Bakdu.bak.co.kr)

#-----------------------------------------------------------------------
# SS0
#-----------------------------------------------------------------------

login/create_sso2_ticket = 2
login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1

3. maintain services using T-CODE sicf

    default > sap > public

you can find out the detail in the Note #1005210 - AIO Services to be activated in transaction SICF
