IC Web Client profile assignment: how does inheritance works ?

Hello,

I´ve a question about the following scenario: created one main org.unit with several org. units branched beneath. All org. units should get the same ICWC profile assigned. So, therefor I assigned the ICWC profile to the main org. unit while assuming this assignment will be inherited to the org. units beneath. But it does´nt work correctly, sometimes users which are assigned to an org. unit beneath to the main org. unit does not have an ICWC profile available. Is there an opportunity to check whether the inheritance is working correctly?

Any hints are very appreciated.

Hi Andre

I have the same scenario and it is working properly. I assign the ICWC profile to the main org unit and users under the org unit branched beneath have the same ICWC profile. Did you fix your issue?

Furthermore, do you know how to make sure that all documents (unprocessed, in process or completed) will be seen by all users under the same main org. unit (even if they don't belong to the same org unit beneath)?
