Hi
I am beginner in HCM. I want to know why we require OM to Implement Talent Management modules? Is there any Integration between them? Please answer me.
Talent Management includes
„ 1)E-Recruiting
„ 2) Performance Management
„ 3) Managing Succession and Talent Development.
To implement that you need the basic Objects O, S, P, C, CP, Q, etc which will be created in OM.
Hence the link between OM and TM!
