SSO call BI 4.0.6 crystal report not work from NWBC for html

Hi,

We have a demo system which run NWBC 3.5 for html, from here when we call the url(https://<hostname>/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?iDocID=23472) to open a crystal report in our BI 4.0 system, it will show us the logon screen, after logon, it will show an error message: 'An error has occurred: Could not find the document. '. This is works on NWBC for desktop 3.5 or 4.0 version. from the desktop version, the SSO works fine, no need the second logon and reports shows correct.

Here is the system information:

ehp6 for ERP 6.0

BI 4.0 SP6

both use FQDNERP has been configured to issue a SAP Logon token and OpenDocument use SAP authentication by default.n token.

Please enter the Report CUID instead Report id ,

The https://<Hostname>/BOE/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.jsp?sIDType=CUID&iDocID=<Your report cuid>&sRefresh=Y

Report Cuid you will get in the crystal report properties.
