Is it possible to install IOMS when there are dedicated servers for BOE and for SharePoint? Or all has to be on the same machine?
We have BI 4.0, and soon 4.1. SharePoint is version 2010 or 2013.

Yes, you can install IOMS in such configuration. You should skip BI4.0 IOMS and start with 4.1 version.
And the installation is than executed on SharePoint server,correct?Unfortunatelly I saw that SharePoint 2013 isn't supported by current version of BI 4.1 yet. Do you have some experience with that?
yes, you run IOMS install on Sharepoint server itself.
If it's not supported, its not supported and cannot be used with it.
