Selected request was already approved/rejected in Custom Task

Dear All,

According to SAP Note "1600953" i have updated the "com.sap.pct.erp.mss.addon.xml" file but still me getting "request was already approved/rejected" error on the leave request page.

I had raised a request on 2nd Jan, its not giving error for that request but for any request m raising since yesterday its giving error.

The only change that was made after 2nd Jan is that our workflow team had created a custom task to call the same application however the custom task was giving "request was already approved/rejected" error so we switched to standard task again but now even the standard task is not working.

implement the Note 1867770    Incorrect record selected for approval from UWL and also do ensure that your XML is being picked up correctly ie changes form above note, 1773641 - ESS LEA: Web Dynpro ABAP based Leave Request use in UWL to confirm your settings etc

Thank you for your quick reply.

In which file should I add the custom task id?

com.sap.pct.erp.mss.addon.xml or uwl.webflow

Because in com.sap.pct.erp.mss.addon.xml we call the application through "ObjectNavigationLauncher" and in uwl.webflow we call the application through "SAPWebDynproABAPLauncher"

implement the above notes and your issue should be solved

once you put in SWFVISU your tasks and re register the through UWL, it ll be available in XML. otherwise you need to go in UWL Administration

Anyhow, your issue would be resolved, first apply the noted and then test

Dear Siddharth,

Issue is resolved for fresh users but when we apply a leave for the user with which we had created leave requests before we get same error.

can you check the status of the request in rptarqdbview?

are these already approved? workflow completed?

Thank you Siddharth for you help.

I require a small help. In our workflow there are to approvers. When the 1st approver clicks on Accept or Reject button it reloads the "hress_a_ptarq_leavreq_appl" and notifies that "leave has been approved" and after this it goes to 2nd approver and when he clicks on Accept or Reject button it gives 500 internal error.
