SAP BO 3.x - Document universe in excel using Designer SDK

Hi

We are working on SAP BO 3.x and Office 2010. We develeoped Document universe code using Designer SDK and it worked fine in Office 2003/2007 version. When we ported the code on m/c with Office 2010, same code stopped working. We are getting error at "Designer.Universe " command. Error is "VBA Project -13: Type mismatch". Please provide inputs on same.

Hi Anu,

Have you been able to identify the reason for run-time error: 13 - type mismatch?

• Was it a problem with the version of the Designer SDK (newer or older Designer of BO 3.x installed)?
• Was it a problem with the VBA runtime?
• Was it an access rights problem (e.g. VBA runtime on 64bit Windows was not correct configured  for 32 bit; Administrator rights ... )?

We see a similar problem and do not have any clue yet what might cause run-time error: 13 "type mismatch"?
