Hi All,
We wish to understand the significance of the checkbox marked in attached screen (in valuation variant),as of now the checkbox is not marked. What is the significance of this checkbox ?
The additive costs tab in costing variant has "include additive cost" in it. Using CK11n , when costing the material the additive PCE is considered to arrive at current PCE.
Using KKPAN, the addtive PCE is not considered.
Kind Regards
Ksen
Hi..
You should select “Include additive cost indicator” for additive cost comps field
in the overview screen of the cost estimate as below picture.
You can create additive cost for raw material using t-code ck74n as below picture.
If you don’t check the Incl. additive costs indicator in the valuation variant, system don’t add the costs(additive cost) entered manually to the costs calculated by the system as below picture.
If you check the Incl. additive costs indicator in the valuation variant, system add the costs(additive cost) entered manually to the costs calculated by the system as below picture.

Hi
The checkbox in Valuation variant is considering the additive costs for Non- FG material.
Thanks all.

Hi Ajay,
By input materials , do you mean the ROH materials. In that case, the additive costs checkbox would not have much significance as the prices for ROH are picked from PIR.
Please feel free with suggesstions as we wish you try the same in test environment.

Kunal,
Specifically if you want to add addictive cost to the FG/SFG or ROH or any material you want.
lets say for example you you buy a raw material from outside which cost $10000 ( purchase info Record), so therefore the std cost will be $10000.
however Addictive function will give you option of adding cost to the standard cost for that you need to create addictive cost in CK74n for the material. for example you want to add $2000 as addictive cost.
then the cost of the material will be 12000 after you do the cost run for the material. see below link for understanding the addictive cost
Additive Costs (SAP Library - Product Cost Planning (CO-PC-PCP))
Thanks

Hi Kunal
Am not sure about KKPAN.
Additv costs option in costing variant screen controls whether you can have additive costs for the header material
The additv costs option in valuation variant controls whether you can have additv costs considered for the I input materials
