MSS "Employee Profile" Error

Dear Experts,

I am facing below error while trying to access Employee Profile from Portal.

Error:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: View Element with ID LABEL_011 in View V_MAIN Already Exists (termination: RABAX_STATE)

And it raises an exception in ST22 as below:

    The exception 'CX_WDR_RT_EXCEPTION' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere along the call hierarchy.

    Since exceptions represent error situations and this error was not adequately responded to, the running ABAP program 'CL_WDR_VIEW===================CP' has to be   terminated.

I have gone through many threads and tried below:

LPD_CUST (Role: MSS, Instance: EMPLOYEE_MENU) Chaning the General Settings from Source Role to User Set of Roles in Extras.. No use ..

Please guide ...

You must be having same sequence numbers in Short profile configurations in the customizing

Issue is resolved, as per your inputs it happened due to Sequence Numbers in SAP_MSS_GENERAL_PROFILE at below path.

Personnel Management > Manager Self-service (Web Dynpro ABAP ) > Profile Applications > General Settings > Configure Short profile > Configurations create configuration with field groups

Check configuration SAP_MSS_GENERAL_PROFILE sequence numbers.

Resolution:

I have checked the suggestions in above note, but I do have sequence numbers in Short profile.

SAP_MSS_GENERAL_PROFILE.

Hi Srikanth,

I see to that the issue is because there are two fields with sequence 11 (Employee Subgroup , Organizational Unit) which is not correct please correct then the issue will get solved.
