Automated Report Shipping - Project Plan

We are kick-starting a project to configure the standard Automated Report Shipping on our system. Would anybody have a high-level project plan that you can share? I just need it as a reference to get an idea on what the steps involved maybe.

There are several 'Best Practices' related with EH&S, you'll need the 'Product Safety' and 'Base EH&S and RM' best practices, there you 'll find how to configure de WWI server a the customizing related with Automated Repord Shipping.

Try to search this topics in the forum, there are a lot of entries with them.

did you downloaded the SAP OSS consulting note regarding SDS distribution? Furtheron: you should have the last version of WWI cookbook inplace as well (only may be for safety reasons).

The SAP OSS consulting note describing the set of of SDS distrbution is quite good. So if you follow this in moste cases (depending on the complexity of your demand) you might be ready within 3 months; if you would like to takle care regarding EU and US distribution etc. it might take longer. You (and your compnay) need to think about "Cover letter" etc. IN this context as well the eMail dispatch of SDS might be important. Here SAP added further useful functionalities.

The Bets practise approach as mentioned by Juan can help you to speed up in configuration/development and testing
