SRM Add-ON UI / no responce to browser

Hi,

we have install and configured the UI5 add-on SP3  with the config guide except the cross catalog.

For a first test we tried to load the default.htm (http://....xxxxxxx....../sap/bc/bsp/srmnxp/shoppingcart/defaults.htm ) via firefox but after login the browser keeps on loading without any responce.

- The service ( / sap / bc / bsp / srmnxp / shoppingcart)  is activated.

- All gateway services are maintained as written in the config guide

- The gateway service itself is also active.

Any idea ?

Hi Bernd,

Can you please add the screenshot of browser console. If you are getting an error related to Shell.js please implement the manual activity given in note 1847792. Please let me know if this resolves the issue, kindly add an screenshot of browser console.

   I  have some issue related to  UI addon.  Could you help me ？

After mini cart created and click the button of order cart, if I selected a preferred supplier order cart will be failed, error message as below. If no select this option, no error and this shopping cart can be ordered successfully.

Hi Jesse,

This is as per the functionality. If there are errors in your SC then the error is visible on UI. You can navigate to 'Review Cart' and rectify the error.

Did you able to resolve your issue? I am facing same issue after doing entire configuration can not start the base page from defaults.htm.
