Dear Experts
I Have few Doubts on SAP Waste & Recycling component , I need below two components specifically for one of my client
1). SAP Logistics for Waste & Recycling
2). SAP Treatment & Disposal for Waste & Recycling
I didn’t get any specific information on above two components.
If I activate SAP Waste &Recycling on IS-Utilities ,automatically these both will be activated ? or any separate configuration is required for these two (above said) specifically?

Hi Balajee,
First
1). SAP Logistics for Waste & Recycling - This is part of SAP EH&S, the activation set is 'PLM extensions', this is linked with how a company manages the waste that has produced.
2). SAP Treatment & Disposal for Waste & Recycling, is part of IS-Utilities, this is linked with companies which main business is waste treatment & Recycling.

Hi Juan
Thanks a Lot ..Now the concept is cleared. I was concluded that SAP Logistics is a Parent component and Treatment & Disposal is one of the sub component in Waste &Recycling in which business covered like Weighing,Integrations from Logisitics with respective MM ,PM,EHS,SD,FICO ,HR.
Thank you

Hi !
Check the folowing Business Funcitons are activated,
IS-UT 606 (considering you are working in EHP 6. Depending on your ERP release this component may defer)
ISU_UTIL_1
ISU_UTIL_WASTE
ISU_WASTE_1
ISU_WASTE_2
ISU_WASTE_3
ISU_CA_2
ISU_AMI_3
ISU_MCOMM_3
These Business Funcitons are needed to be activated in order to use the SAP Waste & Recycling component. If some business functions are not activated once u activate the switch, IS-UT 606, activate the other components on your own.
