SAP Fiori - Missing SAP Standard Roles

Hi All,

We are trying to setup roles for SAP Fiori, unfortunately, it seems that some of the standard roles are missing from the Fiori components.

Our Fiori components versions are:

Back-end components:

SC	Release	Level	Highest Support Package
GBAPP02	600	002	SAPK-60002INGBAPP002
SRA018	600	001	SAPK-60001INSRA018

Gateway components:

SC	Release	Level	Support Package
UIAPP002	100	0002	SAPK-10002INUIAPP002
UISRA018	100	0001	SAPK-10001INUISRA018

The following roles are still missing:

• SAP_MM_PO_APV_APP
• SAP_SD_SO_MON_APP
• SAP_SRA018_SD_SO_MON

Based on the Fiori installation guide, these roles should exist upon Fiori component download/installation, can you guide us to what is missing in our installation?

Hello,

I'm facing the same issue with

SAP_APP002_MM_PO_APR

We have the latest SP applied

GBAPP002 with SP06

Some one help why standards roles are missing ?

We have GW with NW 7.4 SP07 - central hub model deployment

New UI has new Role SAP_MM_PO_APV_APP.

Thanks for your response.

So if i understand: the roles management is completely different between the Wave 1 and Wave2:

Wave 1: Role by application per users.

Wave 2: Role by group of applications per user.

If any document about roles management with Wave2 will be appreciate.

I solved the issue...

I applied support package to the last level available. Now I can see missing roles.

Hi Memo,

We are still investigating regarding this matter.

It seems that there's another issue on our end, because even the old Fiori roles from old versions or patches were missing. We are also considering upgrades for the support packages, but still waiting for approval.

I will update this thread once the issue is resolved.

the roles you mentioned are not correct.

Backend roles:

• SAP_GBAPP_PO_APPROVAL_MANAGER
• SAP_SD_SO_MAN_APP

Gateway roles:

• SAP_APP002_MM_PO_APR
• SAP_SRA003_SD_SO_CHG

Probably Support Package level is old in your system.

• SAP Fiori LL09 - Check the latest support package level
