E-Separation - Request not created. Not able to determine "Manager" or "HR Person"

Hi Experts,

I am facing the issue while raising a request from E-Separation as an Employee.

Error: E-Separation - Request not created. Not able to determine "Manager" or "HR Person"

I hope I have done all the necessary settings. And I have gone through many a threads those are raised on same but no thread gave me answer.

I have maintained as below:

Workflow activations are done

Maintained Position (S) to Org.unit (O) relationship (A-095) for HR Person

Employee have the correct Reporting structure and Manager as well.

Below are my tables & Features:

Please suggest what else might be the reasons ?

Hi Srikanth,

the '2395' is a user id which is maintained in IT0105 for Manager and HR Person?

please maintain correct user id's in IT0105 for both and try again.

Check the master data of the employee.make sure that infotype 0008 is maintained.

Master Data is Perfect .... still 

The Relation (A-095) between Org.Unit & Position was maintained.

Please make sure,only one employee is assigned to Position.

This issue also occurs incase if multiple employee is assigned to single position.

I have assigned only one person to one position. Still the error exists.

This is master data issue. Please debug the class cl_eain_request_data method SAVE_REQUEST.

Hi Shruti,

I was having same probelm,it is resolved after maintaing Approver as well as HR user in approval configuration. Previously I have maintained only 1 of them.

So maintain both.
