Hello,

We are upgrading our BW 3.1 system to NW2004s and are encountering the

following error while executing Web Templates in the Browser.

ABEND RSBOLAP (000): Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method :

UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

MSGV1: SAPMSSY1

MSGV3: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

ABEND: System error in program CL_RSMD_RS_SPECIAL and form CHECKSELOPT-04- (see long text)"

Have anyone encountered these issues before? If so can anyone provide the solution.

Did you happen to fix this issue? we are having the same issue. I have gone thru the OSS and it suggests to implement SP13, which we cant as of now. Is there any individual OSS note to fix this issue without implementing SP13.

U need to apply some sap notes. Pls issue an OSS message or search in service.sap.com

Try applying notes 969305 and 968672 .
