Steps & Documents on BO 5.x to BI 4.0

Hello Experts,

Please provide me the steps to migrate the Universe/Reports/Security groups from BO 5.x to BI 4.0 Database is Oracle.

Let me know if some one can provide the step by step process would guide me.

there is no direct migration path for you. You can't go directly from BO 5.x to Bi4.x, you have to migrate to XiR2 or Xi3.1 first.

Truly, it would be better to start up with security from scratch and then manualy move universes/reports via client tools (save localy for all users using BO5 client tools , then open and safe to repo in Bi4 using BI4 client tools).
