I am currently setting up an SRM Portal.

I am getting the error below when opening the Shop under Employee Self Services.

What could be causing this problem?

Hello Greg,

check the user role and profile. You can try first with SAP_ALL authorization just to check if the error is solved and then change it to the corresponding authorization objects.

Hi,

RABAX_STATE termination code suggests that error source is located in the backend apoplication.

Go to ST22 to check related dump. You might also debug backend application to find a root cause of this error.
