Automatic Decimal Conversion by SAP EXCEL

Hello All,

Good Day!

When I export the Data from FB01 to SAP EXCEL, it converts the value posted to 2 Decimal places, whereas there are no decimal places in the posting of the FI Document.

But when the same thing is performed by my collegue, no decimal conversion takes places and the Excel is exported normally without Decimals.

Can anyone help me to analyze, why this problem occurs and where can I correct the settings.

Hi Pritesh,

if your colleague is able to extract in a right way means there is difference in SU01 screen,

Please check the fallowing

Goto SU01

From Menu Bar- Systems

User Profile

Own Data

under defaults check it in Decimal notation and compare with your colleague change it accordingly.

Thanks for the Answer! But our SU01 settings are all same.

I will explain my point again:

1. We have posted a Document without any decimal value i.e. COP 1000023

2. When I go in FB03 and export to SAP Excel (and not to local file), I get the value as COP 10000.23 (which is wrong) when exported to SAP Excel and my collegue get the value as COP 1000023 (which is correct) when exported to SAP Excel.

If user settings are same, then, vave you recently upgraded your system, If yes, then please check Note No.  1456224

.
