Hello
You need to do a Heterogeneous system copy to achieve this.
Head here for the guide.
https://websmp208.sap-ag.de/erp-inst
SAP ERP 6.0 - Installation - System Copy: Systems Based on SAP NetWeaver 7.1 or Higher
You prepare the source system and then export the source system using the sapinst/SWPM and then move the export dump to the target system and create the target system by importing the dump into the target system. A certified Migration Consultant should be doing this.
Check these for more details

Hi Guys
I am facing the same issue on our BW system. It is also migrated from Oracle to DB2 10.5.
Regardless using DB02 or DBACOCKPIT - there is this error message in SM21
Database error -440 at OPC
> SQL0440N No authorized routine named "SNAPSHOT_DBM" of type
> "FUNCTION" having compatible arguments was found.
> SQLSTATE=42884

Hi All,
We have successfully migrated from Oracle to Db2 10.5 FP 3.
SAP Version SAP ECC 6.0 EHP4
After migration we have following error found in Tcode dbacockpit
1). SQL0420N Invalid character found in a character string argument
of the function "DECFLOAT". SQLSTATE=22018
2). SQL0440N No authorized routine named "SNAPSHOT_DBM" of type
"FUNCTION" having compatible arguments was found. SQLSTATE=42884
We have follow the below note but didn't get any solution.
956214 - DB6: SQL0443N after upgrade to a new SAP release
1309424 -DB6: DBA Cockpit Correction Collection SAP Basis 7.01 / 7.11
Please Suggest.

Hi
This is the same scenario, as ours.
On our production system I am getting this message:
SQL0420N Invalid character found in a character string argument of the function "DECFLOAT". SQLSTATE=22018
We have upgraded the Basis packages to the lates support package level (only Basis) on Dev and QAS - I have no error on those system anymore and DBACOCKPIT is working perfect. Production will be upgraded in next service window.
For connecting the systems to Solution Manager we have also upgraded ST-PI and ST-A/PI plugins to the latest version.
So my advice is:
Upgrade Basis to the latest SP
Upgrade ST-PI to the latest SP
Upgrade/install latest ST-A/PI
Then run DBACOCKPIT master note.

Tariq
Hi Varenyam,
Please check this OSS-Note
1835822 - DB6: Compatibility Patches for IBM DB2 10.5 for LUW
I hope is can help you solve the DBACOCKPIT SQL-error.

Andre
