Employee Profile blank in UI5

Hi All,

I am working on NWBC client UI5 application. When I open employee profile from the landing page its showing a blank screen. We have checked all the OData services but no use. Please suggest if any one has a solution.

Further, When I check from My Services ->Personal Information the Employee Profile is working fine. But the issue is with My Info -> Employee Profile its showing blank screen.

can you check your lpd_cust. check your roles and compare with standard

ESS instance MENU:

Go to the launchpad role ESS instance MENU.

Go to the folder Personal Information.

Under the Personal Information folder add an entry for Employee Profile

and maintain the application alias as EMP_PROFILE and include the

parameter CONFIG_ID=SAP_ESS_UI5_EMP_OVERVIEW in Additional Information.

The document specifies that if in case the standard delivered

configuration "SAP_ESS_UI5_EMP_OVERVIEW" does not fulfill your

requirement then you could copy the standard configuration and make

changes to it as per your requirement and pass it to the additional

Information parameter CONFIG_ID.

SAP_EMPLOYEE_ESS_UI5_1 is the role

i checked the same , i also have the same issue , i am getting the page with two buttons

1. Employee profile

2. Talent profile

on clicking on both , the below display page shows blank, pls help

I made the changes in employee profile as suggested but the issue not fixed.

chandra that setting worked for me , it shows the profile page now. I did the setting mentioned in ur screen shot , pls check if the services are there in the Gateway config.
