Scheduling parameters for maintenance order have not been entered

Hi,

We have existing plants. Added a new one ZA05. When creating a new Service Order with order type ABCD I get the error:

Scheduling parameters for maintenance order have not been entered.

The issue is that NONE of the EXISTING plants have been maintained for order type ABCD in OPU7 (specify scheduling parameters)... so why is this new plant getting the error?

Thanks

Hello ,

I know it is too late , but may be it will be helpful for someone else like us.

SM30 - > with table/View name V_TCX00_FAUF

click on Maintain .

From here you can create new entries depends on your needs.

In TCX00 table, Order type " * " can't be entered manually. Also, its not dependent to PM related configuration.

While copying the plant from standard one, I feel this is getting copied.

As an example, I have a plant for which PM has not been activated. But still I could find entries for that plant with order category "5" & order type " * ".

So, please check with consultant who has created the plant on how he created (by copying or made new entries without copying).

The original plant was created with assigned value in TCX00

AUFTG = 5

AUFTA = *

VAGRP = *

You get value AUFTG = 5 when creating scheduling parameters for Service Orders in OPU7.

In OPU5 its possible to enter Order Type (AUFTA) = * and PrSched (VAGRP) = * .... hence you get this entry in TCX00 (AUFTG = 2) with these entries . So.. this is NOT achieved by plant creation / copy. This entry combination is possible.

In the OPU7 however, you can't set Order Type / AUFTA = *.

In my current system, that entry has not been maintained even with OPU5 MANUALLY.

Hope, it comes from some dependent configuration. If nothing maintained in OPU5 as well, I have no clue from where it gets copied unless NOT ACHIEVED BY PLANT CREATION.

Table TCX00 contains a entry for the other plants under Order Type as '*' ... which covers all the order types. However I can't see these entries in OPU7.

Scheduling Parameters will be maintained in different path for different order category. So, you maintain for your desired order type in OPU7 & check.

Scheduling Parameters have been maintained in OPU7 for PM Orders.

However, there is a entry for 'group 5' (PM Orders) in Table TCX00 using '*' for order type, for other plants which cannot be entered via OPU7.

So with the new plant... are there other entry options similar to OPU7 that allows you to enter the Order Type as '*'?

Thanks

Hi

I think system will default the order type as * for all the plants in the table TCX00. Kindly check whether your new plant has the value
