Hi all experts,

I'm planning to prepare Transactional banking certification (SAP Banking 8.0) and would like to know the required courses to take.

Are FS240, FS241 and FS242 the only required to prepare well or we need to have a look on FS243 (A/B/C/D)?

Thanks in advance for you advise.

Regards,

Abdenacer

Hi Abdenacer,

Take some time to check the related curricula at https://training.sap.com/us/en/curriculum/bank_tran_8_us-sap-for-banking-80-transactional-banking-us...

There's more than just the FS240, 41, 42, but this is the main source of information.

There's also information regarding CRM/Account Origination (FS244) and Payment Engine (FS245), besides the FS243 (Archiving, Correspondence, PPO and Workflow).

Last year I achieved this certificate, it was a huge effort (80% cut score) made easier if you enjoy what you're doing. Otherwise it's a pain...

Sucess in your journey.

Hello Abdenacer,

To prepare for the Transactional Banking 8.0 Certification Exam you will need to take all of the courses you mentioned, including FS243A/B/C/D.

FS240E, FS241E and FS242E are the e-learning versions of the classroom courses and all of them are now available.  You can register by contacting your local SAP Education team in your country, book online using the Training & Certification Shop, or you can buy a subscription to SAP's Learning Hub to get access to more than 1000 SAP courses online.

Good luck with your certification!

Hello Abdenacer,

We have just launched new e-academies for Transactional Banking and Analytical Banking on Banking Services 8.0.  Rather than attending live classrooms you can now complete your banking training in the comfort of your own home 24/7.

E-Academies provide you with the full classroom course content in e-learning format with voice-over, demos and simulations, PLUS access to a live training system where you can practice the exercises and play around in the system for an extended period of time.

Learn more about the Transactional Banking e-academy by clicking TFS24E.  This link brings you to the US SAP Training site but you can select a different country once you are on the landing page.  Contact your local SAP Education by selecting the "Training Locations" tab.

Good luck with your training and certification!

Best,

Regina
