Hi,

My Lumira v.1.15 Build 877 throws the "Refresh has failed (HDB 00102)" error when I choose BI4.0 SP02 eFashion.unx as data source.

Any suggestion, please?

Regards,

Jin-Chong

Hi Jin-Chong,

i think this has to do with being on such a low version of BI4

I successfully connected Lumira 1.15 against eFashion today using BI4.1 SP2

I tried checking the PAM for Lumira at service.sap.com/PAM to see if Lumira supports BI4.0 SP02 but it wanted me to logon too many times

Thank you for your prompt response, Tammy.

I will test it again when BI4.1 SP03 is available.  Meanwhile, I will check out the Lumira PAM as well.

Thank you again.

As per Tammy:

Link to the PAM (requires s-id)

Official Lumira supports:

SAP BO BI 4.0

SP6 | SP7 | SP8

Hi,

We do not support BI 4.1 SP3 for now. This is on the roadmap but not supported for current releases.

Best regards,

Antoine

I'm getting the same error, but in a different place.

I'm trying to use the Lumira Agent to publish to the cloud.

Here is the ticket I logged with support...any ideas or troubleshooting tips?

Hi,

i'd recommend you enable a trace http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1782007

FYI - support will request this anyway.  you'll have to nail down a systematically reproducible error, and have the trace log running at that time to capture the error. and note the timestamp of the error.

cheers,

This is still an issue and I am on the latest patch and latest Lumira. The problem is with certain data types. The value displayed in preview is wrong and when that happens this error will display.

Where can I find out the best practice for building universes that fully support Lumira?

Thanks

Scott

Hi Scott - Since this is a closed/answered thread, please create a new thread and please provide more details - is this happening with Server, Desktop, or Cloud?

As for universe best practices, I did a search and found
