Order Confirmation Display Issue

Dear Gurus,

One of the end user raised an issue, regarding the display of confirmed order: As per our client once the order is confirmed then the user will be going to CO14 and will look for the goods movements against to the respective operation for the issued batches at the particular operation while the consumption is done for right batches or not for validation.

Once the validation is done then, user is trying to come out of the display screen as per standard SAP a pop-up window will be appeared and gives the information operation is already confirmed.

Then by pressing the ok or F3 it is directly going to order confirmation screen CO11N t-code (call transaction is happening).

What could be the reasons for this and any specific reasons on this (flash lights) and is there any possibility to avoid this call function of CO11N screen (enter time ticket confirmation).

Hi Madhu guntubonia,

              As i have tried the same what you have mentioned here but i didn't get any pop up while come out from goods movement information in CO14. Since CO14 is display screen only, try to check any of user exit is applied for this transaction(CO14) or not. In standard, system won't give any pop up information. Please check it and revert back.
