Warning message not from OMCQ during MIGO-GR

Former Member

Hi,

During MIGO-GR transaction, the message pops-up, either warning or error, are setup in OMCQ.

However, since we are using Korean languages and the message pops up appears in German.

However, when we log-in using EN, the system warning message appear in English.

May I know where is the setup in SPRO to change the GERMAN luangege to Korean?

Apparently it is not setup in OMCQ...

Thank you,

Daniel

goto SE91, enter the message class ZDTB_POR 018 and click edit.

in the next screen select the message and click long text button. from there you should translate this messge into its correct content.

it got probably maintained in english by copy of another message, . the copy process copies all text of available translations to the target message. If it is then missed to care about the other languages, then you get different content for the same message in different logon languages

Hi,

This is a custom message. Kindly check with your ABAP consultants to debug the program to find the conditions to trigger the message and how the content of the message is set.

Regards,

Sudeep.

As you can see the message pop-up appears with mixing language...

The upper portion is a different language and lower portion still English...

As this a Z message, so you can consult with your abaper...

If you log in a different language (Korean/German), then full message will be in Korean/German.
