Qatar - Localization of SAP HCM Functionality

Hi Friends,

I would like to start new HCM Functionality for Qatar which is new releases in SAP HCM Localization:

- Personnel Administration

- Time Management

- Payroll

- Leave Passage

- Vacation Payment

- End of Services (Regular Provision & F&F Settlement with Gratuity)

- Annual Leave Provision & Calculation

Please let me know any assistance required for anyone who is implementing Qatar Localization.

HHi Praveen,

All sub modules which you have mentioned above are common than payroll Since payroll is country specific . Please check wether Qatar has country specific SAP payroll if not you have to use international driver and have to incorporate all statutory payments and deduction Via PCR or custom  enhancement .

other than payroll,all other modules are common which you have to customise according to the clients requirement.
