Hello all,
there is a way in CR9 to log data related to number of users that requested a single report, and number of user concurrency?
Thank you,
Guglielmo
No, you'd have to track that your self. No version of CR does this. However all of the Enterprise products have logging capabilities that you require; BOE 3.x, BI 4.x

At least one of the 3rd-party Crystal Reports viewers listed at http://kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html allows you to log processing via an ODBC connection to a DBMS of your choice. The log includes information about the report, the user, time to run, parameter values, printing/exporting activity, and more.
