Hi

When i login to BO InfoView I get the error

I have just updated the BO from BO X1 3.1 SP 2 to SP4

What should i do Should i go on an update it to SP6 (Which is my actual motive)

Thank you all for the help

i wanted this for Linux machine so copied all the files from a working directory

<Installation Dir>/bobje/enterprise120/packages

to non working directory.

Looks like there are some packages are missing.

Check the below KB.
