10 errors occurred during import: CIM_ERR_FAILED

Hi Team ,

While trying to import Business system we are getting below error ,

Error Logs:-

#88 03/11/2014 16:41:00.874 [CIM Import Thread] ERROR com.sap.cim.lib.pers.delta.importing.ImportHandler: 10 errors occurred during import:

CIM_ERR_FAILED: The specified SAP_BusinessSystem instance cannot be associated with 2 SAP_BusinessSystem instances

(MAX(1) violated for role SAP_BusinessSystemExchangeServer.Dependent)

Association class: SAP_BusinessSystemExchangeServer,

Hi

From the error message it looks like there are two business system created for one sap instance.

Can you please check whether same client has been used in two business systems or not?

Hi Indrajit ,

While trying to import Business system earlier i got around 63 error's , so i applied latest CIM and delta patches to 1.36.8 and 9.13 level . Now error is reduced to 10 .

So in this case what needs to be done can any one assist here .

Hi All ,

Issue sorted out after removing the 10 business system from the target Business system SLD and tried re-importing business system this worked for me .
