Hello Community,
We are in the process of configuring managed system configuration in solution manager 7.1 SPS8.
1. Under automatic configuration where the "database extractor setup" is configured. We have the following error.

What tried so far:-
1. implement collective note 0001558958 SYB: DBA Cockpit Correction Collection SAP Basis 7.02 / 7.30
2. SAPSA is working fine. Checked both from sapgui-> dbacockpit-> switch gui-> select system-> test-> connection established-
3. isql -Usapsa -PXXXXX -SSID is also working fine.
ERROR:-

Hi Kaligiri,
Install the Service Pack following steps in
SAP Note 1599814 "SYB: Installing Service Packs for Sybase ASE 15.7"if you run the database on UNIX/Linux or
SAP Note 1607816 "SYB: Installing Service Packs for Sybase ASE 15.7" if you run the database on Windows.
Hope this helps.

Hi Deepak,
Thanks for your reply.
However, I understand that it is an issue with either permissions with particular table or to change the index of table to another field. In addition, we do not have sufficient documentation to prove that service pack update will be resolve the issue (Do we have any??? sorry for being Naive). So, as to convince the customers.
Thanks & regards,
Sree
H Kaligiri,
Refer thread https://scn.sap.com/thread/3457706.
Same issue has been resolved with Service pack update.
Hope this helps.

Hi Deepak,
Thanks for the response.
I will try on sandbox and will confirm the result to the community.
However, I am not convinced with SAP documentation. atleast we should be having information on what bugfixes are covered in what support packs, intermediate works arounds,...
Thank you once again.
Thanks & regards,
Sree
