We have the Viewer loaded on an application server and when I run a report and click print button if forces a pdf export conversion without actually printing. I have developer and DYMO 450 printer loaded locally to create and print barcode labels. Forcing this to pdf via the viewer for my users, renders the barcodes unreadable.
How can I stop forced pdf export and print to either local or networked label printer?

Change the 'CrystalReportViewer' control's property 'PrintMode' to 'ActiveX'.
In your case this property is currently set to PDF thats why it prints to pdf by default.
Thanks,
