-Explorer was not able to initialize the service Error PS 10007

Hi All,

We installed BI 4.1 SP2 and explorer 4.1 SP2. BO is working fine but while logging in to explorer we get the PS10007 error.

All the explorer services are up and running.

• Master Server
• Search Server
• Indexing Server
• Exploration Server

Tried all these troubleshooting:

Recreated SIA

Restart SIA and Tomcat

Redeploy WAR files

Restart Server.

Any idea on this error and any help is appreciated.

Ram, is Explorer installed on the same host as BI?

Hi Ram,

Thats strange.

restart of tomcat, should have done it.

can you try to apply trace and check, where is it failing?

also, try to create a new SIA and deploy explorer services on that

shutdown the old explorer servers and check
