Problem with my Licence Key of Crysral Report

I have bought 2 licences of Crystal Report and the second one does'nt work.

I don't know what i have to do to get a new one.

I have call the support (0810 302 333) and they told me that i have to log an incident.

Is it the raight way ?

Where did you purchase the licenses?  Which version?
