WebUI error: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Hi All,

I am unable to execute WebUI application. The below error is displayed when I execute the tcode crm_ui.  Please tell me what are the settings do i have to check to fix this issue.

Hi Arden,

Thank you for your reply.

I have checked the below settings and my observations are given below.

1. ICM status is showing as Running

2. However, the Port column is showing zero value.  Could this be the reason for this problem?

I am completely new to this area to analyze this issue.  Please help.

Hi Maddy

This falls more into a Basis area of expertise but from my understanding the HTTP Port should be 8000 and SMTP Port should be 25.
