Easy Query Transport Issue

Hi,

I  am facing an issue while transporting the Easy query  to BW  Quality from development system.

Error:  Either package $EQ_GEN does not exist, or authorizations are missing.

I don't see the package in quality system, We implemented related SAP notes 1913281, 1898485 etc. but still having the same issue.

Your help is really appreciated.

Drag your query in transport connection right side panel and here it will show the package of all the

components and you can change package whichever is different by

right click -> change package

. Assign here exact package that you are using.

Thansk for the update, We had to open the system to create the package by executing a program and we were able to move the transport successfully.

We are having a new issue now, When we tried to ACCESS soamanager BY SELECTING THE EASY QUERY FROM eqmanager  we are getting the below error

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Error when reading variant "/BIC/NW_NWQ_NHDVBAP_CUSTFIR_02" of service definition "/BIC/NW_NWQ_NHDVBAP_CUSTFIR_02": An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL oc (termination: RABAX_STATE)

when we tried to test teh easy query getting page can't be displayed.

Hi Naveen,

You need to configure Easy Query in all environments. The following link will help you. You can ask your Basis Team to configure it.

Hi,

Go to RSA1, transport connection, drag your report to right side pane and see the package name.

whether its in custom package or any other one.

Thanks Rama for your input, but this $EQ_PACKAGE is not the transport package. I beleive this package is autogenerated and while transporting the easy query it should be generated.

Actual report is collected in different package.

Have you tried to change then package manually in Transport Connection.

Are you able to change it or not.
