integrated ITS on 4.7 KB62064

Hello,

I read wiki page where I found we need KB62064 installed for integrated ITS. We raised SPS level in order to get to the right KB level, now we are at KB62065.

How can we check if integrated ITS is now available?

Hi Sasha,

This is a typo.

The SAPKB62064 should be listed under the section Standalone ITS. i.e you need to use SAPKB62064 with Standalone ITS ITS 6.20 Patchlevel 27 if you wish to use ITSMobile.

Integrated ITS is only available with Web AS 6.40 and higher.

I see that the latest version of ITS standalone is with patch level 45,

I hope it doesn't hurt if we install this version?

Hi Sasha,

You will be fine with that ITS 6.20 patch 45 Standalone version. What exactly are you hoping to do with the ITS? ITSmobile services? IAC or the WEBGUI service?
