New SAP Fiori Launchpad issues

Hi all,

I want to use the new Fiori Launchpad, but I ran into two issues:

1 - When I try to logon at the new Launchpad, the result is the following image:

Instead, the old Launchpad was this :

2- If I want to set the new Lanchpad URL in the APP 'SAP Fiori client', after the Logon procedure the home page does not appears .

Any ideas?

Hi Massimo,

Please assign /UI2/CL_SRA_LOGIN in SICF.

Transaction: SICF

Service: /default_host/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/ui2/ushell

Error Pages: System Logon->Configuration

Custom Implementation: ABAP Class = /UI2/CL_SRA_LOGIN

Hi Masa,

thanks for the correct steps of service configuration.

Have you any idea about second problem?

If I use the new Home on internet explorer everything works fine and my tiles are displayed,

but if I set the new home page on APP Sap Fiori Mobile or I use the URL on Chrome, nothing appears.

Hello,

Ok for this information but why is this not configured by default ?

As a customer, all these not standard configurations add a lot to the complexity and to the cost of implementing Fiori apps.

SAP marketing is always telling us that SAP FIORI is a set of plug and play applications.

This is obviously not the case and internally our managers wonder why it takes so much time and money to install "plug and play" applications.

The change of mind between the Launch Page and the Launch Pad is also so confusing...

When will the "Launch Something New" arrive ?

The SAP Customer Experience Group should really try to improve the SAP Customer Experience !
