Excel file does not load to Explorer

Hi,

I was wondering if you can help me out with an issue I have. I just downloaded Explorer and I'm trying to work with an excel sheet. When I "preview and configure" it shows up like this:

Which reassures the measures and dimensions inside the file. However when I press "Ok", and it starts indexing it shows:

As if the data source file cannot be found.

I would really appreciate some help, thanks!

Hi Ahdieh,

do you get same error with other Excel files?

Try to upload the file to a folder in BI LaunchPad or CMC, then in Explorer via Manage Spaces can you create the info space and index it?
