Unable to open BPC quality system in BPC 10.0

Hi SAP gurus,

I am currently supporting BPC 10.0 for one of our clients and I am facing an issue.

While I am trying to open the quality system of BPC, I get an error "cannot get model  in environment "XXX"  from admin console".

This error is appearing after the Basis have made a copy of the data from production client to Quality client.

I have tried to run the the data checker program i.e, "UJA_DATA_CHECKER" and see that many attributes of many dimensions as invalid, missing task IDs etc.

Though the same is available in Production it is not available in Quality.

I have tried to check a few dimension and compare data in PROD and Quality and notice that the Quality systems Dimension menmbers are empty while the same is available in Production.

Please treat this as a request and help me to in resolving the same.

Hi Shilpa,

The best way to address this would be to take a backup of the PROD environment and restore it in QA system.
