target group regeneration in reccuring (automatic) campaigns

Good afternoon experts

We are currenttly running an automatic recurring campaign. (the workflows in swi1 are running ok and the target groups get exported to channel).

What bothers me is that the target groups don't seem to get updated and I can't update them manually either "target group blocked for processing by campaign ..".

How do target groups get updated in recurring campaigns?(as the target group will change between campaign executions)

After each execution the target group is now  free for editing.

Have set up a job for regenerating the target group.

(there was some sort of delay/blockage in releasing the target group after execution, seems to work fine now)
