Please follow the below steps it will help you to resolve the issue.
when ever you are pressing on search button click on F2 and you wil get component, view, context node.
Then goto MAX_HITS attribute lv_max_hits = 100.
pass it to 100.

Thanks Prabhanjan for ur reply...But i am not performing any search criteria ..
First i confirm a BP , then when i click on the overview screen, in the overview screen it shows the list of all the interaction record for the confirmed BP.
You can see that in the screenshot provided on the right hand side.
In our case the number of interaction record is more than 1o, but somehow the number of rows are set to 10.
Is it possible to change the number of visible rows > 10 through configuration?
