CMS Could not connect

Dear Experts,

We are facing an issus while connecting to SAP BODS.

Below is the error which I am getting while connecting.

"could not connect CMS 'OCCWEB03'. Specify the correct host and port  and check for network issues. (FWM 20030)"

Can anyone help me to diagnose the issue as it was working fine from last 2-3 days but from today its stopped working.

We have BI Platform 4.1 SP2 & BusinessObject Explorer 4.1 SP2 installed on the server whereas SAP Data Services version is 4.2 SP1.

is there is any issue with version ??

Please help us in getting this issue resolved.

Check if the DS server and BO server is in same domain.

Login to CCM, and check if all the services  are running.

Dear Jawahar,

Thanks for your valuable reply, both BO & DS are installed on the same server. We are able to resolve the issue after re - installation of DS (only repair).

Hello,

you should also check if Intelligence Agent service is started.

Also restarting this service after restart of Web Server for BO can help.
