I have developed Java web application using Crystal Report 2013 , java 1.6 in windows 32 bit System, All the reports are loading fine in the Following environment
Development Environment
Windows7 Professional Service pack 1 -32 bit
Java - 1.6
Internet Explorer 11
Testing Environment
Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise - 64 bit
java 1.6
Internet Explorer 9
While loading reports in the server the browser crashes even chrome and Firefox also crashes.
Is there a problem with 32 bit and 64 bit ?.
Thanks Ludek, I have solved the issue , the issue is on JVM Heap space , by increasing heap space memory Reports loaded.

Define "crash". What actually happens? Errors? Amy messages in the Event Viewer? Does this happen with any report (Even a blank report - no db connection)?
